Newsletter content processed by NewsletterMagic remains the intellectual property of its original publishers. We process this content solely to provide our summarization and curation services to you.
Generated Content
Summaries and digests created by our system are derivative works intended for your personal use. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially use our generated content without permission.
Your Responsibilities
- Only add newsletters you are subscribed to receive
- Respect the intellectual property rights of newsletter publishers
- Use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Do not attempt to circumvent publisher paywalls using our service
User Responsibilities
Account & Security
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
Prohibited Uses
- Using our service to aggregate content you don't have rights to
- Redistributing summaries for commercial purposes
- Using automated tools to scrape or extract our content
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of our system

Limitation of Liability
NewsletterMagic provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of our generated summaries.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intensity Magic LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or content, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NewsletterMagic shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Account Termination
Your Rights
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your personal information and reading history as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited uses, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of immediate security concerns.
